When Elizabeth first reached out, she shared they would be traveling from Seattle to have a very small, relaxed backyard wedding at her childhood home on Grand Island. Rather than a more traditional wedding, they wanted it to feel like a mini-vacation to Buffalo for their families. On July 27 (which happens to be the same day her Grandma was married!), the backyard was transformed with custom decor, like the wooden arch backdrop built by her dad, beautifully decorated tables on the deck, and stunning florals to top it all off. Together with 14 guests, they said “I Do!” and celebrated with dancing, donuts, and family time. Congratulations, Elizabeth and Warren!
“Jessy did the MOST incredible job capturing our tiny, 14-person wedding. Besides being a phenomenal photographer (seriously, her documentary style was exactly the way we wanted to remember our day), she is an amazing person. She went so far beyond her responsibility as a photographer and also took on helped fill roles of bridesmaid, day-of coordinator, and wedding planner. We are so happy we had Jessy with us to celebrate and are SO grateful to have the best wedding photos we could have imagined!”
