New York City is a magical place as it is, but when you get married in a gorgeous industrial-style loft and dance the night away on the rooftop, that takes the (wedding day) cake!
It started at a beautiful Manhattan townhouse where all the family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen got ready together. An overwhelming sense of excitement filled the house as Caitlin got her final makeup touches done and slipped into her golden Lovely Bride gown. Meanwhile downstairs Michael and his best friends took a lap around the block celebrating with a group of Texas tourists they met during groomsmen portraits!
Their first look took place down the block from the iconic Friends apartment building, but I swear, all eyes were glued to them as they saw each other for the first time that day. Following was a heartfelt ceremony that included their two sweet pups and handwritten vows that filled everyone in the room with laughter and tears.
Thank you, Michael and Caitlin, for bringing me to New York City to document your wedding day. You two are so kind and loving and it was truly an honor to watch your day unfold. I wish you two nothing but happiness in the years ahead! Congratulations!!
PS. While I primarily photograph Buffalo, NY weddings, I do take a select number of New York City weddings each year. Interested in bringing me to the city with you? Let’s talk and make it happen!
